These heirloom, non-GMO vines mature in about 120 days and can be harvested young (around 8") for cooking or left to fully ripen and dry for ornamental or crafting use. Grows best in full sun on 8?10" mounds spaced 24?36" apart. Trellising helps gourds develop straighter necks. When stems brown and dry, harvest and begin drying process (2?6 weeks).
