Silently kill mosquitoes and other flying insects with the DynaTrap DT1750 Insect Trap. This trap delivers three-way protection for up to 3/4 acre of land. It features an ultra-bright AtraktaGlo fluorescent UV bulb with a light-enhancing diffuser to attract flying insects, and a titanium dioxide-coated surface that releases CO2. The fan pulls and traps insects inside the catch basket. Designed for indoor or outdoor use, it withstands all weather conditions.

This DynaTrap requires the replacement bulb model 43050. Replace bulb every 4 months (approximately) 3,000 hours. To replace, turn the unit off and unplug the device. Turn the unit upside down and twist the black threaded fastener piece securing the light housing counterclockwise to loosen. Move the light housing to the side. Twist the black threaded fastener pieces and carefully remove the silver clips. Cover the bulb with a cloth or use gloves to grasp the bulb and pull from socket. Insert new bulb, place metal clips back in place, and secure black threaded fasteners. Then twist the light housing clockwise into place and secure the black threaded fastener.

For Troubleshooting: Check bulb socket for any debris and remove if necessary. Align base of bulb with socket and press firmly until it is fully seated to ensure electrical contact. Bulb is fully seated when it can no longer move in the socket. Ensure metal bulb holder is replaced and securely fastened, so the bulb cannot move.

This trap quickly rids your space of pesky flying insects, including mosquitoes, biting flies, Asian beetles, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, moths, stink bugs, and more. Its fluorescent AtraktaGlo UV light with light-enhancing diffuser emits a bright glow that attracts insects, while its titanium dioxide-coated surface acts as a second lure by producing carbon dioxide that's irresistible to mosquitoes. Finally, its powerful vacuum fan quietly captures insects in the retaining cage where they die within 24 hours.

Thanks to its ultra-quiet fan, this trap pulls insects into its screened base without zapping or buzzing. This makes it a great solution for removing flying insects at barbecues, parties, or evenings in the backyard. It is recommended that you place the unit at least 10 to 20 feet away from where people will be sitting.

This trapper requires no attractant or propane to operate. For best results, let the unit run continuously during high insect season. To clean, twist and remove the retaining cage on the bottom and easily dispose of insects using the included brush. The trap plugs into a standard 110-volt outlet.
