- The pollen trap is now integrated and you don't have to remove it. To collect pollen, all you have to do is adjust the entrance reducers for the bees to enter from the center where the pollen trap is located at. This also means you can adjust for partial collection if you would like to keep only a part of the incoming pollen. The bottom board comes with the mite and pollen tray that enables you to easily collect pollen from behind the hive. - The entrance reducers with mouse guard are the new reversible style that enables you to have 2 entrances at the edges of the hive for future 2 colony system. It also enables partial pollen collection. The folding landing board and the lock is also integrated together. With this new single piece design, you don't have to screw the lock to the wooden box, and can easily fold the entrance reducer and lock it when you need to.
