The battery pack may not be installed properly. Check the battery pack installation. Also, ensure the battery pack is charged by checking the charging requirements
Why won't the battery pack charge?
Ensure the battery pack is properly inserted into the charger until the LED light appears. Verify the charger is plugged into a working outlet. Also, make sure the surrounding air temperature is between 32°F (0°C) and 104°F (40°C).
Why does the unit shut off abruptly?
The battery pack may have reached its maximum thermal limit. Allow it to cool down. If the battery is out of charge, place it on the charger and allow it to recharge.
