Ideal for Covering Soil and Dressing Potted Plants
Dried vs. Preserved Forest Moss
SuperMoss Forest Moss is ideal for lining baskets, window boxes, and wire baskets. It comes in large, flat sheets that have plump and long bristles to keep the soil inside. The cohesive and hairy fibers are durable to withstand repeated waterings and keep that natural look alive in your garden. Forest Moss is perfect for a more grassy moss look around plant bases and above soil. Like all of our SuperMoss, it is easy to use and the perfect finishing touch to any floral creation.
Dried Moss is simply moss that was once live and has been dried. That's it. Dried moss is unprocessed and naturally colored; however, dried moss is less pliable and does not last as long compared to preserved moss.
Preserved Moss is maintained through a floral industry method that replaces the product's moisture with oils to make it softer, cleaner, and longer-lasting than dried moss. Additionally, preserved moss is easier to work with and comes in many vibrant colors.
