When your car is parked and idle, it can become an appealing nesting spot for mice and rats, drawn by their natural instincts to seek shelter and gnaw on objects to maintain their teeth.

However, you can take proactive steps to protect your vehicle. One effective tool is our Under Hood Rodent Electronic Repeller, which acts as a potent repelling device, driving these pests away from your car or preventing them from entering in the first place. By utilizing this repellent as a preventive measure, you can safeguard your car's wiring, insulation, and other components from potential damage caused by rodents and maintain a rodent-free environment, ensuring your car remains in top condition even during extended periods of inactivity.

The Under Hood Rodent Electronic Repeller can be connected to the 12V or 24V vehicle batteries that are located in the engine compartment, ideal for use in cars, trucks, RVs, Motorhomes, boats, etc.

Also can be used outside the car, such as attics, garages or any other indoor or small enclosed spaces in homes and apartments when an external 12-volt or 24-volt battery is available (Not suggested for use in outdoors).

The remote control is simple to use with four functions offering optimal user control over the Vekibee Under Hood Rodent Electronic Repeller. It can operate up to 10 meters (32.8 feet) from the device and work through walls, allowing you to switch power status and the sound modes while sitting in the car or outside the car without opening the car hood.

The Under Hood Rodent Electronic Repeller is designed for use in the engine compartment, featuring durable, fire-resistant materials capable of withstanding extreme under hood conditions.

It functions reliably within a temperature range of approximately -20°C (-4°F) to around 80°C (176°F). Operating it outside of this range can cause device damage.

Please ensure that the device is not exposed to excessive heat. Avoid placing it on or near the car engine, exhaust manifold, or any other high-temperature zones.

The average current draw is approximately 0.01A. With a typical fully charged 50Ah 12V battery, the repellent will run continuously for 2-3 weeks* if the car remains undriven, until the battery voltage drops below 10.7 volts (±0.2 volts).

*Note: The unit's operating time before the battery drops below 10.7 volts (±0.2 volts) varies based on factors such as the initial charge level, battery age and condition, temperature, and humidity. Periodically start and drive the car a short distance to recharge the battery and prevent complete drainage.

Press this button to deactivate the device. You will hear two short beeps from the device, indicating that the device is set to Standby mode and all functions will be on deactivated. The Standby button is helpful for switching off the device when you want to drive your car or let your pet into the parking area without opening the car hood and turning off the device. When finished, you can simply re-activate the device by pressing the ON button.

Press this button to re-activate the device after it is deactivated by the Standby button. You will hear two short beeps from the device, indicating that the device is set to ON status and it starts to work.

Press this button to set the sound mode to Test Mode. The device starts producing sonic waves that are audible to humans. This function will not be successful if the device is in Standby mode.

Press this button to set the sound mode to Ultra Mode. The device starts producing high-frequency ultra sonic waves that is silent to humans. This function will not be successful if the device is in Standby mode.
